A very Merry Christmas to all our customers from the team at Stuarts

WE JUST WANTED TO WISH ALL OUR CUSTOMERS A VERY MERRY CHRISTMAS AND A SAFE, HAPPY AND HEALTHY NEW YEAR.

Well what can we say? 2020 has possibly been the most bizarre year ever!

We’ve been fortunate enough to continue business as usual but we appreciate that many of our friends, families, customers and colleagues have been affected massively by this horrible virus.

The future is still looking uncertain but we wanted to take this opportunity to say a huge thank you for all the support and well wishes we have received.  We couldn’t have done it without the support of you all.

Here at Stuarts we pride ourselves on our high levels of customer service and the fact that we’ve been allowed to continue working means we’ve been able to uphold that service.

We will be closing for the festive period at midday on the 24th December and resuming business as usual on the 4th January 2021.

Let’s take advantage of our one day to see loved ones on Christmas Day and stay safe and well.

Here’s to an amazing 2021 for everyone and we look forward to working with you again and really appreciate and value the ongoing support you have shown us.

On behalf of Stuarts team, we hope your festive period is filled with happiness and fun, and we wish you all a very healthy and prosperous New Year!

Merry Christmas to all our customers

From the whole team here at Stuarts, we would like to wish you a very Merry Christmas and a fantastic start to 2019.

Well its been another amazing year for us at Stuart Partners which has seen some more exciting developments for the company including the acquisition of more local skip hire companies such as Dusty Bin in Plymouth and County Skip Hire in Paignton. We like to take this festive opportunity to thank all our loyal employees and customers. We couldn’t have done it without the support of you all.

We’re still dedicated to delivering the best results possible and meeting our customers needs which is why we’re delighted with all the positive feedback we’ve heard from you in 2019. Following on from 2018 this has been one of our best years on record and that’s all thanks to you.

We care passionately about the work that we do at Stuart Partners but hope we never get complacent just because of all the positive feedback. It’s so rewarding to be told you’re doing a good job and we’ve made plans for 2020 to ensure we keep improving the services we can offer you.

Any suggestions or comments are, as always, warmly welcomed!

Unbelievably the doom and gloom around the state of the UK economy still continued into 2019 and probably 2020 but we’re going into 2020 feeling very upbeat and positive as a local company. We’ve no dount that the coming year will be every bit as successful as the year we’re seeing out.

Here’s to an amazing 2020 for everyone and we look forward to working with you again and really appreciate and value the ongoing support you have shown us.

On behalf of the Stuarts team, we hope your festive period is filled with happiness and fun, and we wish you all a very healthy and prosperous New Year!

Redlake Trading Estate, the latest addition to the Stuart Properties portfolio

Redlake Trading Estate, the latest addition to the Stuart Properties portfolio

Introducing Redlake Trading Estate, the latest addition to the Stuart Properties portfolio

Since 2012, Stuart Properties, the commercial property division of Stuart Partners, has provided quality commercial space for business all over the south west. Purchased in November 2017, the latest addition to the portfolio is Redlake Trading Estate, which is home to 10 bustling businesses.

The Redlake Trading Estate community has social impact at its heart, with charities and social enterprises occupying much of the space.

Here, we take a look at two of the businesses and how they serve their communities.

The Clay Factory

The Clay Factory has turned an old industrial site into a community hub for businesses, organisations, arts, food and events.

Surrounded by an inspiring landscape, its vibrant community of artists, startups and established businesses have fostered a creative, ambitious atmosphere.

Using its profits to make a social impact, it aids the good work of fellow Redlake Trading Estate tenant, The Eddystone Trust.

The Eddystone Trust

From safer sex resources to peer support and counselling, The Eddystone Trust provides heartfelt assistance to anyone affected by HIV across the South West.

It works hard to challenge the stigma, discrimination and misinformation that often comes with HIV and sexual health.

If someone is affected by HIV, The Eddystone Trust works with them to improve their quality of life. You can learn more about The Eddystone Trust here.

This is just a snapshot of daily life at Redlake Industrial Estate.

Other tenants include Western Tydens, Artisan Stairs and Joinery, Cannon Cases, Timber PAK, a gym, Wrangaton Body Works and Torpedo Training.

From doubling the storage capacity for our first development with Kandy Toys to the transformation of industrial sites across the West Country, Stuarts Properties has always looked for new ways to help businesses with their commercial space.

We enjoy working with all local businesses, especially some of the more diverse ones we have been fortunate enough to get to know more about.

A very Merry Christmas from Stuarts

A very Merry Christmas from Stuarts

With the big day fast approaching we thought we’d just take a minute to wish all of our customers – past, present and future – a very Merry Christmas.

2017 has been an amazing year for Stuarts with lots of exciting things happening; new commercial units purchased, the new Volvo depot opening in Roche, agricultural contracts, new vehicles and new equipment, staff and the build start of the huge recycling centre in Exeter. To say its been busy would be an understatement!

Although we are looking forward to the festive break we are also very excited for 2018 to see what the year brings. We hope it will be as productive and rewarding at the previous one and are keen to continue building on the professional relationships we have with many local businesses.

Certainly the opening of the new recycling centre for EMS in Exeter is something to look forward to and we will keep everyone notified of the progress and opening date.

A big thank you!

To our valued customers both in the local area and further afield we thank you very much for your support. Every customer is important to us and we strive to provide the best possible service that we can.

Those of you who have been happy with our service, we look forward to seeing you again over the coming year.Remember if you need any advice we are always on hand to help in any way we can.

So stock up on those Ferrero Rocher and remember Baileys might taste amazing but you might regret it in the new year!

Have a fantastic, relaxing time with your loved ones and we’ll look forward to seeing you again in 2018.
